As I'm leaving work, a block behind at an intersection a black Cadillac SUV pulling a U-Haul trailer slides thru the red light. I make the turn and take off in front of him. He slows down for another 3-4 blocks then I look up and he's within inches of my bumper. Then he slows down again and waits for a merging spot to try to pass me (2 lanes in our direction) and I blast the horn as I go ahead of him. 2 more blocks and he suddenly is WOT, passing people on the left in the bike lane, weaving in/out. I dial 911.
We go another 2 miles and he turns left at the same point I do. He's varying speeds, driving center median and bike lane. I update 911.
Another 3-4 miles of median/bike lanes, cars weaving out of his way and he gets to a freeway overpass. Turns completely perpendicular to traffic, goes around a semi to cut back across in front of him, then changes to the complete opposite side of the road and nearly losses it on the clover to get on the freeway. 911 updated.
