The thing is the fitted tires would actually comply with the guidelines for lease returns given they are "275/35ZR19 100Y XL" (Source):

We could argue all day about whether you should buy a car with mixed tires across different axles, but BMW will definitely take it on a lease return and sell it as used as-is.
