As someone else mentioned we include the complete tire specs for the winter tests we do right at the beginning of our driving segment. In terms of whether or not they 'come with the car', they don't, but BMW often has winter tire packages on their website and these were one of those that they offered. Had I driven this a few weeks prior it would have come with the 19" style 799M rims. Hope that helps.
