100% agree about weight which is why I rarely use my Canon 70-200 2.8 or Sigma 120-300 if I am moving around or need to carry equipment for long stints. I also have a Canon 70-200 4.0 for lightweight. Lens don't take as much room as car parts.
Sigma 120-300 2.8 is a bargain compared to Canon L lens.
