Put together an 11 mile route tonight. It felt good to get the heart rate up a little. The route probably needs some tweaks, but it will work for now. Mostly bike trail, some low traffic/low speed residential streets, and some sidewalk along busy streets.
Fell off the bike at zero speed (duh!, my bad) and almost got t-boned by a high speed cyclist who fortunately saw me first. All good, I chalk it up to distraction from plotting the new route in unfamiliar territory.
The sidewalk portion is annoying but that's what it is for now.
