Body weight is great especially if you are new to training.

After a while, your body will become accustomed to that level of training and progressive overload will become your best friend.
That's when you up the exercise to make it harder. My goals are just to be in the greatest shape I've been in my life at 40 while being athletic and have total body control. More basketball player than football player. Like when I was in high school. Run fast jump high endurance for days and then cigarette break

I've quit already though just was me growing up.
