I will be surprised if they can afford to do it and how simple will it be to suddenly be one of the best engine builders in the world. Honda finally started to get on track after many years, Ferrari couldn't be competitive this year, Renault is slowly doing a litter better but RB will jump in as one of the best? Seems unlikely. If really this cheap and easy it would make sense to get some other manufacturer at least putting their name on the engine for a fee as "Red Bull engines" does nothing to promote a product.
