This is definitely not as good of a deal as it looks. You can find that bike anywhere online for that price. I haven't looked into it, but it's probably a clearance.
If you think you're getting a hell of a deal based on components and wheelset, you always need to ask questions about the frame. The lower price comes from somewhere.
The frame welds look pretty good to me, but I'm not pro. The frame also looks a bit anemic to me as well. I might question it's strength.
Your next step is to seek answers about the frame. It is a very important factor that is often overlooked.
