Legs sat, chest yesterday, biceps this am and shoulders tonight. Did the 10 sets of 10 thing with chest yesterday not sure I'm a fan with that body part. Once chest starts failing incorporate too much shoulder and triceps and don't get the work. Felt full but could have been better.
