Try a Lotus Elise/Exige. Get one with the sport pack (Elise). You’ll by one as soon as you drive it. Amazing car and anything else would be boring after having driven it.

I’ve had my Exige for almost 13 years. I always wanted a hardcore, stripped out car and it has been an awesome experience. I would never sell this car. You’ll never be able to buy a car like it again. Also after all this time the design has held up quite well. Almost hard to imagine it’s been 13 years. Total driver’s car I would not change one thing about it. Also aftermarket support is much larger than when it first came out.

To keep on topic of the Thread title. I always wanted a M3 and finally got the F80. Had to skip on the E46 and E90 because of the Lotus. I feel the F80 is so much better than those two. So fortunate to have the sports car and sports sedan I always wanted. I’m done buying cars except for a daily driver. lol
