I take 8 grams of creatine a day and im fine. I know quite a bit of people that also consume the same ammount and possibly more and they are fine as welll (just cycle it). The only side effect I have seen from creatine is without proper hydration your muscles will cramp up. Id love to see some scientific proof that creatine is bad for you.
