Here are 2 screen shots for you, from an official BMW M presentation: BMW Motorsport GmbH (race and road car) was founded in 1972, it was then re-launched as BMW M GmbH (road cars only) in 1993, and BMW Motorsport Ltd (race activities only) was launched in 1996. The operation of the two entities was internally seperated in 1995.
Okay, in short, how do you propose a revise the list? I'm getting dizzy now.
