Like others, typically the end isn’t all too great assuming in old age. May be a decent trade off to shave off poor time. Could also get hit by a bus next week.
Immediate loss of months to “fast forward” wouldn’t be as well received. Had a great time with my daughters this weekend that would have been missed and wouldn’t be worth the coin.

It takes the month on the front end, hence the risk of immediate death if you were set to die within 30 days.
