How did you get access to that? It looks like there are more secrets to be unlocked for me (probably after I send them a check?!).
As far as being in the Paint Shop, maybe better not to know. Probably just a scratch or two being massaged out. They can work miracles on paint there.
I saw a Youtube video where the VPC was repairing a Mini that had been squashed by the motor carrier when the driver lowered the upper level without removing the Mini on the bottom level first. Doh! They were cutting the top off and were welding new parts for a makeover. I believe with that kind of damage they're required to notify the dealer / customer. Hopefully the customer could walk away from it. |
I believe all you need is the VIN but your dealer may also need to associate you with the car (not sure about that).
