I tried
but got bored... just jogged 1-2 hours 3x a week
. Some flat bench here and there but never above 225. Got off creatine too since I haven’t been lifting heavy.
However i been been toggling my carbs sub 100g to 250g daily ... trying my best to fast till noon. So I don’t gain too much fat on essentially a 1 month hiatus from the gym.
Fun times... I feel smaller/look smaller
