What a shame you lost your Gibson. I played a Gibson ES-135 for a short time. It was lent to me by the jazz guitar teacher in the music store where I worked. He has and ES-335 as his main guitar. I was awe-stuck by both guitars at the time. Maybe those Gibson model numbers are what eventually led me to be a BMW enthusiast, who knows.

Glad to see you are still playing. For me, it's not often enough. I'm down to 2 guitars now and they deserve to be played:

1951 Martin 000-18 I bought in 1965
1994 Taylor 712ce that I bought new


I think I'll find some time today to open the case.
