824Ms on M40i
The "least" desirable wheel option on the G80/2 M3/4. I think they're the best wheel available (next to the silver 825Ms)! This is a full 18x9.5 +20 square setup on 265/40/18s. Drives very comfortable and is a huge visual upgrade.

Seems like a good forged option if wanting to stick with BMW wheel. I really think 18s are enough for Z4 and they are half inch wider too. I assume they are not cheap given they are forged.
Searched here on G80 forums and it says 824M 9.5x18 ET20: 9.8 kg / 21.6 lbs 10.5x19 ET20: 11.1 kg / 24.5 lbs A solid 8 lb weight savings vs stockers, especially those 800M that are 30+ lb front and 32+ lb rear. I was looking at Apex 18s but these are half inch wider so would be great if I can source a used set. Meaty tires mmm Really hard to find Z4s pics with 18” wheels on them (the other being Argo’s and Manual’s winter setup) so thank you for sharing. If you love it, that’s really all that matters! I don’t dislike it, but I prefer the latest staggered wheel option

Had black been available staggered, and it's kind of disappointing that it isn't, I definitely would've done it. |

I went back and forth between the 19/20” “stock” HS wheels and the all 19” Cerium Gray wheels. They’re both the same 800M design.
I went with the 19/20”, I’m still a bit torn lol. |

I think the silver 772s are the handsomest of all G29 wheel offerings. I almost ordered the 772s (now only in the black/silver ring) with plans to refinish, but just went with the 800 ceriums instead. Was thinking about getting a set of silver 772s for summer tires but I just had to put several Z4s worth of cash into home repairs/improvements instead (boohoo). Maybe next year. (I assume OpenTopCruiser won't mind me sharing this picture of their car again
)

Much like the exterior colors, I don't think any of the wheel choices are bad. We all have our preferences of course, but I wouldn't be unhappy with any of them.

As the owner of an HS with the cerium greys, they have a good and a bad side.
The good, they don't really show brake dust and road grime The bad, they always look like they're covered in brake dust and road grime Can't wait for my Apex silvers to ship... |

I also have the cerium grey’s, and while I like them best of the bunch, that’s not saying much. Plus, they’re a PITA to clean. I am getting my new Apex hyperblack’s installed on Thursday.

Please post pics when you get yours. I am still undecided with wheel colors but hyper blacks seem like a great choice especially with the BMW brake dust vs racing silver. I would have liked bronze but unavailable in 18”s.
