Fitted Luggage Z4 G29
Just a tip for Z4 G29 owners who want do some touring in the car and need to optimise the available boot (trunk) space.
I bought a 2020 Z4 G29 and one of the considerations was the boot (trunk)size, as when Covid allows, I want to use the car for longer holidays, probably going over to France As far as I know BMW do not offer fitted luggage but I found a company in the Neterlands called Car-Bags.com who make a set of two made to measure roller bags for the Z4 G29 I bought a set which I am very happy with. Each bag is 103 liters capacity and pretty good quality. They slide in side by side and make use of all the available space It makes a touring holiday for two a possibility in the Z4 Hope this may be helpful folks 179 Euros for the pair plus shipping is a pretty reasonable price |

Out of curiosity, I did a google search on bags. Couldn't find the brand mentioned but did run across bags by Roadsterbags that showed up at a couple of places. Looked nice but prices were not good IMHO. $700+ for a set of 4 bags.

Actually, those bags look to take up the whole trunk. I've found that for road trips, two normal carryon bags work with plenty of room for other stuff like jackets, ice bag, lunch goodies, box of car goodies (cleaning supplies, binoculars, camera, suntan lotion, first aid kit, etc), drone, shoes, pack, and anything else.

the trunk is a very nice size; after my SLK and my F type, the trunk on the Z4 is huge! Only one with maybe a bit more space was the Boxster
