I paid around 10k.
But it depends on the color, paint goes from something like 40euro per liter to over 300 euro per liter.
Workhours are probably a little cheaper in the US too compared to here in Europe so it might be a little less for you .

Not yet, i'm still working on my exhaust issues
However I found one company on instagram that makes custom doorsills and badges.

Looking at the languages they speak i think they are close, I might send them a message and ask if they would be willing to make something for the Z4.

I'm actually really gravitating towards the San Francisco Red (SFR). It looks really good with black wheels and interior. It's also the marketing material car for the 22 model year car. Can't believe I am considering a red car.
