Expect to spend a lot of money in vegas if you are looking for quality. That means anywhere from food, the hotel to entertainment. $40.00 for a good dinner is not uncommon in vegas, and i would say that is a pretty good deal. My normal bill for my dinner alone is near $100.00 at a nice resturaunt there. Anyway, since you are at the casinos, go to either the black jack table or roulette table and play a quick $40.00 hand and walk away with a free meal.

It's just that I heard Bellagio has gone down the drain in terms of quality. I wouldn't want to spend my money on some place with bad quality food. I'm not a gambler but I think I'll play some slots for fun.

If you are playing slots, typically the lower progressive slots payout more frequently than the higher progessive slots. Usually if I play slots, I look for the ones with $2,000 - $4,000 progressives. It's easier to win a quick couple hundred bucks that way. I may not win $100,000.00, but I walk away with some extra cash in my pocket.

Thanks for the tip. What's a good casino to play slots?

Hard to say which casinos have the best slots. Although the older casinos claim that their slot machines payout more.

I don't know. For taste wise, I like Pearl better. Yes, I know Cantonese

The slot machines at MGM right outside of the elevators if you are looking to win a few hundreds. It's a $1 slot and the progressive is only a little over $1k, but it's easy to hit $200 or $300.

Yes, I an attest to that. I used to stay at MGM all the time and played at those machines. I would see people hitting the progressives also.

I came back from Vegas! The temperature was super warm and it was enjoyable except for the Mexicans handing out those stupid cards/pamphlets on the streets. The only way to avoid these Mexicans is too drive and not walk on the streets. MAN, they were that annoying! Also, I went to the Grand Canyon West and I went on the new Sky Walk. The temperature was hot as heck.

I ended up eating at Wynn buffet for dinner. It was pretty good but the Alaskan King crabs were nothing special. The shrimp tasted better than the King Crabs.

I never did go pass a 7/11 but I wouldn't be surprised if they had slots. I mean, I saw slots at the airport in Vegas.

Due to the lack of time, I didn't have time to see Le Reve or O but I heard Le Reve is better than O. Are there any shows you people really enjoyed?

I ended up watching Jubilee because I got a deal on the tickets - awesome customes, lighting and pretty good sets, but over 90 percent of the singing was fake and some parts of the show were pretty gay.

While in Vegas, get ready for the Mexicans on the street handing out cards/pamplets. You'll see them attract attention with the cards by flicking the cards which makes an annoying sound and you'll see big groups handing them to almost everyone but no one takes them. I've never been to a city that tries to do advertising like it. Las Vegas should just stick to the neon signs and big billboards for advertising or they'll lose a lot of tourist.

BTW, make sure you go to the Grand Canyon West and go to the new Skywalk and take a helicopter ride!! The view is amazing and totally worth it!! I had lunch prepared by the Hualapai Indians.

Did you like Ka more than O or Le Reve? I heard most people liked O more than Ka. However, Most people like Le Reve more than any show in Vegas right now.
