Have a dealer appointment tomorrow for first issue. Have noticed the bass completely goes away randomly, researched this searching BMW forums and it is well known. My car was built Nov/2020 and it falls in a range of potentially bad AMP or Booster for the radio.
I have the Harmon Kardon, the 3/4 series forums are full of radio bass issues so that made me feel a little better that this is common. Spoke with the service advisor and he is already familiar with bad Amp service requests so that’s positive. |

Not a gremlin, per se, but a definite annoyance. The lower radiator inlets and internal shape are not designed to make clean out easy at all. Fall drives are fun, but those inlet vents are practically leaf vacuums! Not much room to maneuver a vacuum hose to clean them out. I don’t know about the M40i, but only the right side one has actual inlets. The driver side is a dummy look alike. It would have been a smart design to make the grill removable. Wet leaf build up in there will rust out the radiator
