Do the frozen green z4 come with a bmw individual plaque?

No. It's not an "individual" custom color.

I know someone with an M3 Comp that has an Individual color. There's a sticker under the hood on the radiator cover that says: BMW Individual and the color name (it's a blue, I don't remember which one.)

There are some individual options that signage in the interior. I've seen a 7er with BMW Individual on the door sills. I guess you need to get something for all those extra $$.
