'Coat hook' seatbelt adjust

First of all the disclaimer: Anyone can print and use the files private and the 'hook' at their own risk.

You can print it online or at your own 3d printer or where ever you want.
I tell you how I did it. You can do it however you want. A colleague printed it for me, the settings are the settings of his printer.

The 2-sided adhesive is from 3M, black, 20 mm with the p/n VHB-5952

The settings of the private 3d printer (you will find it on online 3d printing platforms as well):
PETG with carbon reinforcement (I don't know if this matters).
Printing method: Fdm print, layer thickness 0.1 to 0.2mm, inner strength 25%

The editor of the files is mac-alex from zroadster.com. He gave me the authorization to share it here on Bimmerpost. If you want, you can donate him what ever you like on his paypal account.

Before we got our own 3d printing tools at work, we used these guys when we needed high quality prototype parts:

Not sure if you can buy just the standalone leather strap, but it's part of the "belt guide" assembly. Part # 52-10-9-871-805

Don’t think that will work. Way too big and the plastic seatbelt guide is curved. Think the best way is with the custom 3d printed plastic so that it mates right in there.

Thank you so much for sending the files. I ordered them from CraftCloud in SLS nylon 12, which is very durable. Because of their minimum order, it was the same price for 3 pairs as 1 pair. Since I sadly own only 1 Z4, I will have 2 extra pair. I would never try to make money off of someone else’s hard work, so I will sell the other 2 pairs for the cost of shipping if anyone is interested.

I think you'll want to make sure the edge of the hook where the seatbelt rubs into is smooth, to prevent it from fraying.
