The forecast was 2" by lunch time. We got 5" and it does not lookalike its going to spot at lunch time and the forecast for Thursday/Friday is above freezing and rain

That's a lot. Just a little rain here in my area of SoCal, so far. More is coming so we'll see what happens. Got my pump hooked up and ready to go if need be. Backyard floods when we get too much rain.

Can't believe this warm weather. The snow pack has gone down considerably.
I even washed my X3 wearing only a fleece top and pants.

Rain, rain, rain. And wind. Which took the power out about 9:00 last night. Front is passing through right now and the center of the low is almost directly overhead, so it's vicious wind with horizontal rain. Powerwall is running out of juice b/c it's been so dark that the solar panels haven't generated barely anything all day. If they don't get power back on soon we'll be ringin' in the new year in the dark.
