Oh I am really starting to think about it driving mine year round including winter. It's just too much money to just keep it sitting in the garage as much as it does. Maybe I should have gone with an M4 Cabriolet?

This week the weather is miserable. Cold and chance of more snow... I want to drive my car!

I plan on driving mine year round. I drove my previous Z4 and my M4 convertible in the winter (with winter wheels and tires) and they both did just fine.

I had a Porsche Cayman S back in the day and never drove it in the winter. She sat in the garage all covered up. Then I decided I didn't want to drive her when it rained… or into the city. I ended up only driving her on nice days. I drove her a few months out of the year. The rest of the time I was driving around in my commuter car. Lesson learned, for me, was that I paid a ton of money to have a pretty car sit in my garage.

My new Z4 is beautiful and I want to enjoy her year round. Rain or shine.
