Ditto. I've bought 4 BMW's from Passport. I've been using BMW of Alexandria for maintenance work since it's closer to me so I'm happy both are on the list!

BMW of the Hudson Valley? They've must have changed as I was going to purchase a new X1 from them back in 2013 before I moved to FL but they were sharks to the max. Small dealership but I guess good for them. Surprised Prestige BMW wasn't on the list.

As a Florida resident looking at an M4 built to order... I'm also not shocked. Maybe I need to move my business up north and pay the 1k to ship as the dealers here think it's a privilege for me to pay MSRP or above
Order via the dealer you can find the best deal through, and do delivery at the Performance Center in Spartanburg, SC.

I've done it with each of my BMWs and have had a great experience each time.

I think this is the list of dealerships that convince their customers to give top ratings for everything on the evaluation form. Maybe there's a big goon standing in the doorway, 'encouraging them' to fill out the evaluation properly.

BMW of San Antonio is on the list. I asked them about the M2 in early 2016, after it had been announced but before it was being built and shipped. The CA never even heard of it, and directed me to the M235i.

I've had great experiences at Burdick BMW in Syracuse (Cicero, technically). SA's are on salary rather than 'eat what you kill', very low pressure and seemed like a good deal - Dan Nye was who I worked with, and I'd recommend him heartily. I've only had to do maintenance so far, but good times with the service dept too. Might be worth the drive from Rochester/N. Falls.

Thumbs up Looking to buy

Congrats to the dealers that made the list and any of their employees that happen to see this thread.
Braman was worthless, my 4th bmw here, looking to buy a pre-owned in next few weeks, guess i'll check out coggin. Do you have a name or anybody recommended for used?

Thanks

Jack

Bought my car from Knauz but always had issues with their service dept. Most of their SA's have turned over. Get excellent service from Fields or Elmhurst.

CONGRATS to the BMW Centers that made the list.

Unfortunately, for some Centers, the objectives are unrealistic. There are quite a few requirements to make the list....Volume on New and CPO, parts and accessories, Loyalty, Market Share, etc.

Some of the responses on this thread are based on customer experiences....while this is a HUGE contributor to making the list, it is only a small part of what is required.

The title of "Best BMW Dealerships" is not really accurate. IMO

I was told by my SA two years ago that the basis for these awards is customer feedback from sales and service interactions. I always gave Bob Smith 10s, but there was also a time when they begged their customers to do so. That stopped a couple of years ago, just as they fell off the list. I still give the dealership 10s, but I only own 2 Bimmers right now. Not enough apparently. And their turn over has been horrendous.

I don't recall who I dealt with but they were they only other dealer I spoke with who I would call again (aside from Melbourne where I got my car). I'll see if I can find a name in my emails but not sure I still have them.
