Not sure actually. We tracked down original photos from 1965 through the records department in Seattle and we know who the builder was. What we dont know is the architect. It's possible whomever it was simply worked for the builder and wasn't a big name.

I'll PM ya a photo later today.

One thing I didn't realize until I started to research Joe Eichler a little bit, was that he was just the builder. Anshen and Allen were the architects that created a lot of the iconic homes that he built.

I need to research our house with the local records dept and see what we might be able to dig up.

Out here, Chester County, PA area, you really can't get much "nice" for under $300k unless you live in the sticks. I'd love to, but I refuse to have a stupid long commute again.

Don't even get me started on rent prices. They are stupid high. No wonder everyone is in debt & can't get out.
