Yeah, figured it out. He was throwing his ball around playing and must have swung his head into the pavers...... I found this. Lol. Looks like something was scalped. He must have whacked it good.

But he's fine. Been goofing off inside, jumping around and being himself.

I think he was a little more rambunctious today because of a fight he got into this morning with a turtle. haha

These two went at it like this for about 8 min before i remembered that i had a video camera in my pocket.

I've been thinking about changing the texture around the screen enclosure. Making like a 6' wide track around the house so he can use that as a gauge to know where he his. He's usually pretty good about knowing where he is, but when he gets all playful and starts going back and forth he can lose his bearings and bump into stuff.

I wanted to put in some field turf around the back side of the house. We had just done a sports medicine place in town and we provided the same type of turf used in the NFL as well as some turf that replicates real grass a little more accurately. They are both expensive, but when i priced it out, just to do 6' wide around the screen enclosure only was about $15k. So that was a no go.

Maybe less expensive option like gravel or something. IDK.

A friend of mine went hog hunting with a guy who uses these dogs for hunting. When they were heading out he grabbed a medical grade staple gun. My friend asked what that was for and the guy said if the dogs get cut by the boar, they spray it with antiseptic and staple them up and keep hunting. They're pretty tough in that respect.

Put them face to face with a soft shell turtle and that's a whole other ball game.

Heh, intervals. Plus 10 mins of that was warm up/stretching, which throws off peak point averages. So technically it was 32 mins of intervals. I can't afford to not do that stretching though. There's no rest periods during my intervals routines, the resting comes from the least of three intensity bursts.
