When I get my sleeve touched up next month perhaps I'll shave both since the hair will have to come off anyway. It's weird though I've never shaved my arms before. Lol

Glad to see a young guy warming up. You'll avoid many injuries by keeping that up. My warm up last night was a 25min 5 mile ride then the time trial race, then another 5 mile cool down. Even rode 22 miles on Wed at my active recovery pace to loosen up the legs before the TT.

Still surprise by how many people don't warm up or cool down and stretch after warm up and then after their workout.

I just got REALLY tired reading that. you're a beast, man.


But yeah I definitely underestimated it about 2-3 years ago, I make it a regular thing now. I used to get horrible lower back pain when lifting when I didn't warm up, and couldn't stand/move for long periods of time on my feet because of that (in the real world, even). I was a hot, fat mess smh.
