La farce était plus moins comestible mais la poitrine de dinde était excellente, y compris la sauce et les canneberges.

That is what I thought, I usually get a breast when I go pickup stuff in Ogdensbur N.Y. but the last one was in 2019...

Who knows when the border will re-open . Probably in the fall when most people in both countries would have been vaccinated.

You won't found those on Google. It's something I concocted. Being single, you learn how to be creative with left overs.

I just line the muffin pan with dough, fill it with whatever ingredients I have on hand. Dab the inside with tomato paste, add bits of olives, mushrooms, onions and mozza. Cover with more dough, and Voilà...

Buon appetito!

If travelling in our area, always make sure you have curd cheese and not that mozza crap lookalike and the sauce must be from St-Hubert. Otherwise, it's like a poseur wearing a fake watch.

Gnocchi Parisienne avec beurre noisette
Parisian gnocchi with brown butter

Parisian gnocchi is distinct from the Italian version because of the absence of potatoes in the dough. The French version is related to choux pastry, used in eclairs.

The dough is flavored with parmesan, Dijon mustard and nutmeg. The brown butter sauce is flavored with sage and garlic. Recipe from YouTube.

It's actually a white wine and dijon chicken with spinach and mushrooms. And the roasted broccoli.

Sort of like a mix of spotted owl and bald eagle.

Before you ask, breaded/fried alligator nuggets taste like someone took Hoosier goo (tire chunks from the side of a race track) or scraped bubble gum from the bottom of a high school desk, dipped it in shake 'n bake, and deep fried it.

Believe it or not, I used to have a regular monthly food critic column in a national magazine back in the day, and that's exactly how I described gator nuggets when I had to review them.....

I have a gator a few times. 80 percent was exactly as you described, the other 20 percent wasn't too bad. Maybe farm raised vs. wild? I dunno.......
