Space saver Spare Tire for the new 2020 Z4 M40i (19 rim):

I am getting my new Z4 M40i next week.
After the fiasco that I have had with my current 650 tires over past 3.5 years, I want to make sure I have a spare.
BMW offers a spare for this car for their European build ( germany, UK,..). Unfortunately for some reason BMWUSA does not offer the spare for their US bound cars?????

Does anyone know where I can pick up an aftermarket Space saver Spare Tire for this car. (for my current BMW I got it from bimmerzone. It has worked out nicely. However they don't offer it on 2020 Z4 M40i as of yet). OR Alternatively, how I can order it from a european BMW and have it shipped to me).

You also need the tools (wrench, jack up car, ...). You sure you want to carry all that in the trunk versus just relying on roadside assistance?

Why do you need a spare? Do you really want to change a flat on a LA freeway?

My alternatives for my Z4 M Roadster:

• AAA
• Plug kit and VIAIR 12V compressor for when I'm off the beaten path.

Your new Z4 has BMW Assist for the first 4 years so that would be your first option.

Already had the jack kit from my G20. The pump thing with goo that they give us never works.
