Finally joined the family with a 2022 s30i

Finally got my car after the random stop sale. I like this silver because when I was a teen, my dad owned the first gen silver z4. Which kinda put a seed in my heart.

Don’t have budget for 40i, but as my first non-suv car, it feels sporty to me.

Interestingly, I took the car from a dealer 2 hours away from my home. And, it was a snowing day, first time driving rear wheel in snow… so I was the slowest car on the road lol.

I'm not a fan of silver but it looks great on the Z4!

It's also a bit of a unicorn - this is the first time I've seen a silver Z4 on this forum - I've never seen one on the road before!

I had a 335 4 door in this color about 10 years ago and I loved it. The Germans make really beautiful metallic silver cars. Best of luck with it.

They only offered this color on the Z4 for a few years and it's gone already. You have a rare car. The color sparkles beautifully on a sunny day.

I picked up my 2019 s30i last September. It was fully loaded, 1 owner and had only 5,000 miles on it and I'm lovin it!!!

What a cool color! I wish this one was still available, but as you guys said - this is kind of unicorn spec, so I understand BMW for replacing it with others. I'm seriously considering the SSG for my own, but it's a lot darker.

I’ve seen a few new 2022’s still floating around for sale in silver if you really want it. One of my local dealers still has one. I was very close to buying it, but was able to get a better deal at the time from a broker so decided to do an order.
