Doesn't look like an M to me - (edit: almost - see yousefnjr's post below) same front fascia as the current M40i and sport package i30s. Also, no M badge visible from the front - would expect one on the grill.
Also, that instagram post was pulled. Seems a little sus. Wondering if someone is confusing M Performance with M Power. Maybe the European models will get the full 382HP that North America has been enjoying since the M40i launch? Glad to see Thundernight Metallic as a color option! They did say M Power ... which had me wondering if they're going to decide to do a full blown M. I'm also thinking that if they do, they'd want a splitter and some additional side badging, but we'll see. That purple is pretty fire, especially if they do it frozen. |

"M power under the hood"... tell me more...
If that's an S58 with a manual I'm selling a kidney (and my M3) for this car. Is that Thundernight purple? I love it, but I'm also hoping for Brooklyn Gray.

It looks like the grill and intakes would be an easy retro fit, but there is a 240i near me in thundernight purple which looks great so I may well be tempted to upgrade at some point, even more so if the engine power is upped as standard.

Is it just me, or does the new hood have a slight power bulge?

I wish they had done a little something with the front facia. I don't like those black plastic air inlets on the bottom/center section.

Those plastic slabs always looked a bit like the car is wearing braces or something.

Zooming in on those new side pieces, it looks like there is a chance they might actually be air inlets?

There are already a few reviews of the 6MT in the Supra online, including a link posted here in a recent thread (forget which).
As I recall, the reviewer said the shifter was ok - good but not great. Among some other minor complaints, he noted that the shift lever was too tall. Even so, just watching him work the gears had me feeling super nostalgic about manuals. And pedal position is apparently well-suited for heel & toe, so there’s that. EDIT: Found the review thread/post: https://g29.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...59&postcount=1 Last edited by ebirotedu; 09-23-2022 at 08:08 AM.. |

I would also love to see them add a Kyalami Orange/Black interior which would really pop as the Magna Red is starting to look old and dated. |

Probably just me, but my choice would be Coral Red. CR and Space Grey (?) on the E92 M4 was my favorite color combo.

I'd imagine that if they do put out Z4M at $80-90k, no way I could actually afford one... dream color combos:
Frozen Orange - White or Black interior Frozen Purple - White interior Long Beach Blue - Orange, White or Black Interior Don't know the exact names of these colors, but still |

It would push the price up for sure, but considering it completes for dollars with cars like the F-Type, Boxster, and Corvette - I think an option at that price is appropriate.

Definitely not disagreeing. Arguably the M40i already does compete with those cars though.
