$2 million impounded after highway race Vancouver

I saw all these super cars pulled over by the cops and thought it was a bit out of the ordinary. This explains it. lol

Check out the photos... some sick cars.

edit: just realized it's repost but I'll leave it for non BMW section people to see.

Parents with too much money.

I already know what the demographic is considering where they live and where they were driving....and before someone calls me a racist go spend some time in Richmond before speaking.

The officer said each driver will be charged with driving without due consideration for others. They'll receive a ticket of $196, and will be on the hook for all of the towing and storage costs.
srsly? That's it? If you get caught racing in LA, your life is pretty much over.

Read it again.

They didn't get caught racing. People reported them and the cops stopped them after the fact. The police didn't actually witness them racing or clock them at any speed.

And that certainly isn't it in BC. They seized a Ferrari last year for street racing...which is also mentioned in the article.

Sure seems like it. Rich kids with no idea the value of money or common sense tbh

They weren't event all that upset about it. It just goes to show how little they care.

Probably the GTR. Not really surprised that they are under 20yrs old. When I was at Vancouver last year, saw a bunch of kids in Ferrari's, Porsche's, and Lambo's.

Reporter/Cops probably saw the big red "R" on the rear and thought it was called the "R" or something
