Gesture Control

Hi Guys
Can anyone tell me if the 2022 M40i comes with Gesture Control?

Unless something has changed since 2020, because of the configuration of the convertible top it will not have Gesture control.

We have that feature in our 2020 X3 and my wife likes it, but about 20/30% of the time when I push my coffee cup into the cup holder, the radio turns off! True.
She just laughs, because it does not happen to her - I guess it takes practice to be consistent either way. The buttons on the steering wheel work just fine for me.
