Haha! I'm guessing you're a fan of the de-badged look? I don't mind the bling.

So long as there isn't a Christmas tree attached to the car somewhere.
If it's just a little fib, like rounding up 6.2L's to a more historically interesting 6.3L's, than I'm all for it. But if it's just a sticker that says "turbo", which a twenty year old Eclipse could wear, no, I'd shit can that.

I've seen the CLA45 AMG at a dealer and was blown away by it. It looks almost identical to the regular AMG kit CLAs though, which is a good thing. They're so expensive though .

I also saw the C63 507 at the same dealer. Now that's the car I want Probably THE BEST wheels that I've ever seen on a car!
It's also really expensive

I've been mulling over getting some of the 507 wheels in silver for when I put my summer tires back on.

You're absolutely right; they're stunning.

Chris Harris is about to drop a video review on the 507 wagon!

You would be doing the car an injustice if you don't get them lol! Be sure to post pictures..

Thanks, I'll be looking out for that review

One thing my friends don't understand: My love for devastatingly fast wagons and hot hatches.

No problem. If you follow him on Twitter (harrismonkey), he tweeted some pics of it. Looks very, very nice.

I agree. The problem with those wheels (other than the staggering price) is the lack of availability. One thing I'll definitely be doing is fitting the OEM 507/Black Series hood to my car. It's incredible how two little nostrils/vents completely change the hood's character. And I'll be sure to post up some pics of that.

Yeah the hood looks great. Everything about that car is great! Just don't get the racing decals that go along the side skirts. It doesn't look good on the 507..

I think I'm going to have to buy this, just to get those seats and those wheels.

Enjoy.

If I see any at my dealership this weekend I will take some pictures!

What angers me is that BMW seems to be the only manufacturer that does not offer recaro seats at a reasonable price. I mean, you can even get them on a mini cooper for $2,000ish.

I know BMW released the BMW performance ones, but those never came to the US (and cost 5k).

Like most other brands, they're trying to sell a car to every possible buyer.

The same could be said of BMW but it's hard to knock either company because the strategy is working. Mercedes-Benz and BMW are the two most powerful luxury car brands in the world right now (in that order). Each manufacturer should be proud.

I'd take it, and I might not even sell it either. I'd love to have a devastatingly fast wagon.....if I had enough money to have it as a second/third car. Given that I'm not there yet financially, wagons and hot hatches aren't in the picture for me.

Oh definitely as a stablemate. Can't give up the 6.2L V8. I would likely go into agonizing withdrawal.

For me, a perfect combo is a lightweight car (Radical, Miata, Exige, 2-Eleven, Z3M), a bike (looking into getting on <12k), and a crazy fast family car (RS6, E63AMGSWagon, M5, Cayenne GTS, etc)

If ur planning on getting a widebody/ fender flares in the future, there's a really good deal on BS wheels with tires (1/2 tread left) over at MBworld.

$2200+ shipping

Thanks for the heads up man.

I was actually one of the first people to inquire about purchasing those when they went up for sale (price was higher then).

Once I realized that they wouldn't fit without substantial body mods, I gave up on chasing them and am waiting to pounce on some silver 507 wheels.
