Are those big side vents real or Memorex?

Rear looks like a camaro and that's not a bad thing... for the camaro.

Maybe I'd have to see it in person but it's a no from me today.

side vent is so...complicated. why!?

kinda hate how all the coupes, minus the 2 (bless) have uglified versions of what will be cleaner/much better looking on the full M. see: all the fours, and now the z and 8.

So all regular BMW comes with a stock LSD..

It's about time but an LSD is the one thing separated plebeian BMWs from the true M cars..

They cutting the pie pretty thin now..

I feel like those rumors will stay just as rumors. I feel like we would've heard or known some more information about the mild hybrid system if BMW was developing it, but maybe the M340i will have it, who knows.

Until the E90, nearly all BMW's had mechanical LSD's. But back then M's still had individual throttle bodies, some had dry sumps and you could certainly still tell an M from a regular car.

Yea, the 1990s before they offered DSC, an LSD was throw in with their then M-Tec package..

Now, I think they can't get away with the current brake-based ediff now that their 40i line is pushing 385hp, so now a mechanical LSD is required to harness that much power to the ground..

Our N54 135i would have been about 32.4x more enjoyable if it hadn't been a one wheel vaporizing tire destroyer. Why any rwd car doesn't have an LSD is beyond me. Even my GTI has one.

I know how you feel; I had one too..

The rear diff was welded on instead of bolted, making an LSD installation impossible.. You know how that story went...

My God that is ugly. With the new X7, BMW has made it to the ugliest Germany car company.

The upcoming 3er will be offered in Petrol, Hybrid, and 100% Electric Powertrains.

It's potentially likely we'll soon see a plug-in hybrid M3 in the very near future.

I like it enough that I'm going to get it (as I skipped the E89), but comparing it to the concept is like chalk and cheese. I'm definitely not sold on the front end.

Still, it's a million times better than the E89.

Need to see this in person. It might end up like the 666M wheels. Ugly in photos but better IRL

They all are similar. If you have enough money to comfortably buy either of your options and have an SUV or whatever other family vehicle needed, then go for it. But I'd rather get the M8 depending on what's going on with it.

Z4 and M2C is only a great combo if the M2C is a track car.

Anyone else notice that the valve cover design on the Z4 engine bay image is somewhat different than a standard B58 design? Specifically the ribbing around the valve cover bolts. The standard B58 uses straight ribs on either side, whereas the Z4 has the bolts on a circular well. A B58TU perhaps?

Wow - this looks amazing... Small thing, but looks like the new iDrive display could have used a slightly wider screen to fill out the black part better..

Looks amazing though and this new digital cluster is finally looking bad-ass modern and not just like a digital version of the old stuff

Looks very good on the inside and from the back. But that ugly ass front that has nothing in common with a BMW is hideous.

Is it just me or does the interior look more and more like an Audi?

Pretty sure they always show the EU model in official pictures. The US models always have the hideous looking reflectors on the sides. That's the easiest way of distinguishing between the two.

Don't know about mirrors, other than that the US have magnifying mirrors? Don't think there's a change in the size of them?
