Seat Belt Lowering

My wife finds the passenger seat belt too high. Does anyone know of a kit to lower the loop on the seat?

Honestly, I think the only thing you can really do is adjust the seat. Anything else that moves or alters the harness belt is just asking for trouble in the event of a collision.

I know the seatbelt can ride up into the neck area and it is annoying.

Will the belt still function in the event of an accident?
