Definitely consider ordering the HK sound system if music is important to you. Despite posts to the contrary I believe that you do hear a difference, especially when the top is down.

Yep, it’s on my build. I’m going to get all the options. Only real things I’m still deciding on are the brake color and interior trim.

I have the gloss black interior trim and it shows lots of dust. But I like how it matches the Shadowline trim outside the car. I think the choice is inconsequential either way, it's just the center console piece.

Yeah, it’s a pretty small piece in the Z4.

I’ve ruled out the gloss black, since I’m OCD about dust and fingerprints. I like the Tertragon, but have that in my current car so trying to decide if I should mix it up and get the mesh.

You just need something flat to pry under them and they pop right out. I used the edge of a razor blade on a box cutter, but I think a small knife or flathead screwdriver would work too. Just be careful not to scratch anything.

That is a dangerous approach, I recommend only using a plastic tool.

Thanks. Probably just do the 18''s. Cheaper and have a little thicker sidewall to protect against the Wonderfull Chicago potholes.

I was wondering where you got 4K from, as it was showing 1800 to around 2k (well, that’s pretty good!)…until I saw it was per-axle!

Yeah, that’s the set. However, I paid about half what they’re advertising on bmwusa.com. Bought from a BMW dealer via eBay.de. So far, so good, getting the job done in the Bavarian winter.
