I grew up around upper middle class white and asian people and it was ideal. Both groups, moreso the asians, came from families that valued education, extracurricular activities, yada yada.

Well the OP is starting a career in real estate development so he should probably learn the correct terminology for describing different neighborhoods rather than "white environment"

thanks guys! i appreciate the feedbacks! i believe i most of you are correct in saying i did not properly phrase what i meant correctly. i will try to better my vocab in the future before posting xD. but i did get some great constructive feedback so thank you all! i think tara really nailed it when she said im looking for a low crime community and i believe you guys are also correct in summarizing that i shouldnt be looking for a "white" specific area but rather just something that fits the bill.

I'm in Cali right now and it's 60 and sunny every day. back in Seattle/Vancouver it's cold and wet. 1 inch of snow on Christmas eve delayed my flight 3 hrs.

That's the only thing I hate about living in the NW. I suppose annoying bandwagon Seahawks fans can be added to that list.

If this is all your after then hire a dialect coach for your kids, or send them to voice acting school, but remember that accents is not a measure for intelligence. It's more like Attitude > Aptitude > Intelligence > Experience > Education > everything else.

If your kids end up being scholastically challenged, then there is no accent in the world that will save them. Everyone has their own personal experiences, but I'm not sure how you came up with Asian Americans (or any other minority) being at a disadvantage due some sort of accent they may have developed growing up.

If you want your kids to have a "cool" accent, move to Lubbock or Amarillo. I think people always get a kick out of it when we say "y'all".
