30i owners - anyone have the M Sport Package?

My 30i order is in and was wondering if the M Sport package does indeed have the "M Sport Brakes with Blue Calipers" per the configurator features description. My Summary exterior side image doesn't show it. Kinda doubt if BMW would bother with that though.

Took the advice of folks here and added the Adaptive M Suspension. It's my understanding that in Comfort mode it adds a little softness to the ride. Tightens it up when you want it in Sport mode. Correct?

My final build/ride looks like a M40i but without the 6 engine and the extra cost.

Base MSRP 2021 Z4 sDrive30i
$49,700

Design
M Sport $2,650

Exterior San Francisco Red Metallic $550

18" M Double-spoke orbit grey wheels, style 798M with performance non run-flat tires

Standard Black soft top

Interior
Ivory White Vernasca leather with contrast stitching $1,700

Aluminum Tetragon trim

Options
Convenience Package

Adaptive M Suspension $700

Ambient Lighting

Additional Costs

Destination & Handling -
$995

Total Price (MSRP) - $56,295

Good question. When I configured a Z4 with the M Sport Package on BMW's website, it did include the blue calipers. However, I don't see the "M Sport Brakes with Blue Calipers" (Package 2NH) as part of the M Sport Package in the 2021 Ordering Guide.(https://www.bimmerpost.com/goodiesfo...ing_Guides.pdf)

This is where your SA need to earn their pay.

Website consistent with ordering guide. Dynamic Handling Package adds blue or red calipers to exterior view.

Nice spec.

Yes the adaptive M-Sport suspension stiffens and softens the ride and comes with (on my Alpine White car) blue callipers.

I asked the question, no response days later reason I'm asking here. Yes, he needs to earn his pittance.

Thanks for the link. Yep, no mention of the colored caliper in the 2021 Ordering Guide. Small detail, but still.....

You have an M40i except for the motor.

I'm of the school that the six cylinder is a bit much - lots of extra weight up front and way more acceleration than needed to have fun. I'm looking for a car that kills it on the twisties rather than beating someone at a traffic light. The four cylinder gets raves for being extremely well balanced with usable horsepower.

Looking forward to ordering my s30i this spring.

Right, but I don't care about the motor and you must have missed the part when I said I didn't want to spend another $8k...

Agreed. Every review I see says the 255HP is plenty for a car that weighs 3K lbs. Plus, I saved $8k. I want the good driving experience and cornering.

Exactly. In the real world few need or want that much power. I happen to live in the hill country of Texas where there's plenty of very winding, hilly roads where you can really push it too. I think the 30i is an excellent balance when it comes to torque, overall speed, handling and value.

The MSRP base of a 40i is about $14,000 more than a 30i. For a couple of thou or four the M Sport Package and a few options adds a little zinger to our thinger.

I live in the Hill Country too and the M40i does fantastic. Don't know where you guys are getting the idea the M40i is just a straight line performer. I have driven mine through very twisty roads at higher than normal speeds and it is just fine. That's why BMW gives us choices. I am glad that I chose the M40i for quite a few reasons.
