At least in the Norther California area none of the dealers has any allocations for the Z4 manual.

I’ve called around the New England and no allocations to be found… I’m still waiting on my normal dealer to come through.

Per the other post on here, there are 6 months worth of 047 orders awaiting allocations, nationwide. Seems according to multiple posts, calling around isn't going to get you anywhere in the short term.

Victoria Highway is outside of Virginia Beach today, and should arrive at Baltimore either tonight or tomorrow. There's a poster from the Philly area. He'd probably be the first one in the US to take delivery.

Polaris Highway is a few days out from Baltimore. Currently scheduled for 4/25 arrival.

Cepheus Leader is in the Panama Canal right now (noon EDT, 4/22/2024). Will be a few more days before it makes its way up to CA.

I think we'll see a flurry of deliveries starting in a week or 2.

Wow my car skipped and went from "Exterior body assembly beings" all the way to "Quality Check". At this rate, I'm guessing I'm looking at June for delivery.

If you’re west coast, probably not. I put my order in in January. Assembly completed end of March. Won’t be at the port of LA until June 5th.

Maybe or maybe not , my car finished production 10 days back and still waiting for carrier to be transported to the port , i guess this is the part that takes the longest , the shipment of the car

FINALLY! My car is on the Hamburg Highway due into Galveston on 5/10, expect delivery at the dealer in Austin probably the next weekend-ish.

I expect that will be the new norm for a while. The mess in Baltimore screwed up the entire trucking network on the east coast. Trucks have to haul stuff longer distances and that just reduces the availability of trucks across the board. Expect longer waits for shipment.

Yeah, wasn't expecting VPC to take 5 days. CA just called re: PCD dates. 5/16 is the earliest they have available. I asked for 5/24 or 5/17. Can't come soon enough!

Edit: Just confirmed 5/24 with PCD. It's going to be an excellent Memorial Day weekend!

My deliveries over the years were there for a week or so, but I bet you’re right. Although I’ve seen others’ cars arrive in Baltimore so not sure it’s creating more volume for BMW- just Mercedes and Kia/Hyundai etc

Congratulations. It's a great time. BTW, your car will sit in Brunswick for a couple more weeks. They won't ship to the PC until about 2 weeks ahead of your delivery.
