Anyone ever torn a muscle?
I suspected that i may have torn a muscle in my forearm when boarding last week. It was very tight and sore and then i went down and used my right hand to catch myself which resulted in a very sharp burning pain in my forearm muscle for about 30 min. It was very sore for the past 3 days and using it is still fairly painful. But i was thinking maybe it's just sore until i saw this a minute ago when i pulled my sleeve up. I'm assuming muscles bleed when they are torn, no?
