I am very aware of the controversy, and the functional difference between M Performance and traditional M, but BMW will tell you it is an M car. The way I see things the manufacturer has superior weight in the argument than anyone else.

335IS didn't have an LSD and not to mention the Z4 is also getting significantly wider tires as well thus they're not in the same league. Before the G2X cars only real M cars came standard with LSD.

Yes he has Misano Blue, I loved the color on the Z4 and had to find one myself.

I wouldn’t consider the red muted. The configurator doesn’t do it justice. It’s pretty bright.

I’ll have to go see it in person. I agree that sometimes the configurator doesn’t do a good job of presenting the colors.
