Every image in this contest, so far, exhibits limited DOF, since all have some OOF (out of focus) areas; however, not all show bokeh, IMHO.

Nice shots people...although I think we need to change the name of the contest to "Depth of Fieldolicious" (!) instead of Bokelicious...since most of these shots have very limited bokeh (by definition) and a lot of DOF....just sayin'

^+1. If you feel that a photo doesn't describe bokeh (which is the theme for this contest) then don't vote for it.

Trevor: You should make the last day of submissions be 6/19. Monday morning you can post the voting thread and run it through Friday morning. That way, the winner can have a day to figure out what the next contest will be, so that it can start Saturday morning. Hopefully that's ok with you.

Certianly makes sense, but if the people posting the pics don't know the difference, their voting will reflect the same ignorance.

That said, i sure hope my submission is an example of bokeh. I think it is...
