Yeah I never really knew what I'd put on a plate if I ever went through the trouble of getting them.

The plates are actually mimicking carbon fiber, but it's hard to tell in this photo.

We have many discerning people here on the G29 forum. IMHO it has to do with being wise enough to own a Unicorn!

That personalized license plate is a beautiful tribute to your brother who will be driving alongside you in Sport Plus mode!!!

Now you have a million more reasons to look at your car and feel emotion.

It’s a wonderful tribute. Nothing more to say.

Made a custom floorboard with ventillation for the new dsp, since it sometimes overheated during summer.
I also added a 500w subwoofer for the lower range, and put the wall subs to a slightly higher range

Took the car out for the daily commute: has not been moved for over 2 months. No problems starting at all (for those worried about the battery). Tire pressure was 3 psi low, and was a bit squirrely in 38 degree weather.

I did have to ‘sign in’ to the BMW? I did change the password in the app, but just hit the home button and it seemed to work fine.

wow, i wouldn't have expected the battery to last that long.
I would have expected it to last 1month at most maybe.

Can you clarify what it means for it to start "until next time"?

After the update to 11/2023.50, I coded my individual settings again with the OBD connector UCSI-3000 and Bimmercode:
Head unit - Audio - Bowers&Wilkins
Body Domain Controller - Outside Mirror - Tilt 40%
Body Domain Controller - Driving Mode - Adaptive
Front Electronic Module - Save StartStop settings

I haven't yet been offered the 11/2023.50 update. With my 03/2023.67 version, Start/Stop settings from Bimmercode have no effect, leaving Start/Stop non-latching (doesn’t stay off after you switch off the car).

Has Bimmercode somehow resolved this with 11/2023.50?

This feature I coded the first time. I have to try it tomorrow and will report.
Bimmercode often lost the connection to the control units after press "coding" and the app had been to restart.
Like at the coding before there was an error "Parking light defect" in the Id7 which disappeared after stoping and starting the car.

Thanks. FWIW, I haven't experienced those problems with Bimmercode using the OBDLink CX.

Okay, it worked. I used the adaptive mode with the start/stop button activated. After some hours I entered the car and the start/stop led was on and it was on after starting the engine.
I later drove the car with the start/stop button deactivated in adaptive mode. Before stopping the engine I used the Sport mode (and so the start/stop button was activated). Now let's see if tomorrow morning the adaptive mode is activated and the start/stop button is on or off.

Great news, fingers crossed. It sounds as though either 11/23.50 reversed whatever caused the problem or Bimmercode implemented a workaround. I'm going to give it another shot on my 03/23.67 to see if Bimmercode was updated, will report back.

Mode was adaptive and as aspected the led start/stop off.
And now at least I activated start/stop in adaptive mode, switched to Sport and stopped the engine. We will see in the evening
