Hey guys, I am looking into getting a monitor for console gaming (PS4 & Xbox) and was wondering if anyone had recommendations on what to look for. Keeping in mind I will most likely upgrade to the PS5 and would prefer to not worry about a new monitor as well.

What size? I'll always push the LG OLED CX series or C9 if you can find it, 120hz native @ 4k through hdmi 2.1 which the consoles will have. 2nd place is TCL also have 120hz native. Those are TV's though

If youre looking for a monitor, really anything 120hz+ so its worth it.

What's your budget? If the budget doesn't matter then go for AOC CQ27G1 or Dell S2719DGF. They both are good for console gaming. Here is a review on the best monitor for console gaming- https://shinyloot.com/best-monitors-for-console-gaming/
