Jeez..."party mode" was the strat mode for maximum power and maximum battery depletion. It was only for use in single lap qualifying and overtaking not the whole race due the high engine stress loads and poor use of the battery power for race use.

You stop being silly.W11's top speed is around 15 kph faster and their re-charging/re-generate is more advanced and lasts longer than the others because of their longer hybrid build programme.
