Need a recommendation for a really lightweight outdoor car cover for South Florida

I live in a condo located in South Florida and they only have outdoor parking. My car faces Southwest and it is exposed to the strong afternoon sun and also your usual Florida heavy rain on a regular basis.

I am looking for a really lightweight car cover that won't take up too much space in the Z4's small trunk. It has to be waterproof, give UV protection and breathable. Are there any car covers that people in my situation are using and can recommend?

I have had good luck with BMW car covers. I don't know if they make one for the Z4 but I had one for my E92 - it was lightweight, fit in a bag in my trunk, and most importantly was breatheable. It looked like new after several years.
The cover shape is pretty generic so one from a 2-series might fit the Z4 if one isn't available.
Edit: They make one for the E89 Z4, that's what I'd try. The G29 Z4 one says discontinued.

Thanks, I need to do a little research on the measurements for the E89 to see how close a fit that cover will be for my G29. Also I need to make sure it has grommets at the bottom of the cover for me to use a cable and lock in order to secure it.

Be careful with car covers. The car must be clean and free of dust before you install it or else you will create micro scratches on the paint. Also try to use it in a place without wind because continuos movement of the cover against the paint might damage it.

The one I had for my E92 had a lock loop (BMW sells a lock).

A possible alternative is to get your car ceramic coated ...and/or put PPF on the more exposed areas. Will be more expensive but will make washing the car easier and you won't have the hassle of a cover.

My dealer gave me a Luxcare treatment which is supposed to provide some protection on the house without me asking for it so I don’t think I can do anything else.
