Your car does look great. I find it interesting that the trim and wheel colors are so polarizing, personally I think the Z4 looks great in all the colors and trim combos available.
I did order my black Z4 with the grey wheels as I really like the wheels and the grey color allows you to see the detail. I went back and forth on the cerium grey grills and trim vs the black but ended up going grey to break things up a little.....black would have been nice too. cheers, Dave |

To each his own! I personally dislike black wheels and black trim - they remind me of cheap base models in the 80's. I think the cerium gray looks fantastic with the white - the other colors just did nothing for me.

I dislike black wheels as well but I never really linked them to steel wheels without hub caps. |

Jerfish, what special soap are you using? I will be cleaning this by hand and have always used Zaino soap, wax (its not really a wax), and spray which is AMAZING but no good for the new car coming in the matte finish. Love your finish - love this car in many of the colors but this matte was just too cool/unique to pass on - even if a bit more work!
thanks - Ted |

one thing I will miss making the transition from my 2007 Z4 M coupe is the super rarity. I only saw one other here in the bay area all these years (a grey one) and never saw another interlagos blue. about 3718 M Coupes built in NA and only 297 in the blue. rare cars can be fun and glad roadsters are not selling in big numbers right now as that should keep our cars fairly unique! enjoy being one of the first! wish mine would be here before September!

I am torn about that ... I like having a unique car, but I do want BMW to see ‘enough’ so there is a reason for a LCI, new model after this one, etc. Would hate for this Z4 to be the last of its kind ...

You will start seeing more each month. It's a mass produced car.
